Return and Exchange Policy
1. Item must be in marketable condition (all garment tags still attached, unwashed & unworn).
2. See below the allowable number of days for return including the shipping period.
RETURNABLE: APPAREL, BAGS, SHOES
The allowable period for domestic is 15 days.
For International orders, allowable period is 20 days.
The item/s must be shipped back to the Philippines within 24 hours from the date of email notification.
NON-RETURNABLE: BRA, PANTIES, SWIMSUITS, AND PERFUMES
3. Shipping and handling cost incurred are non-refundable.
4. Exchange can only be made for a different size and/or color.
5. Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box/packaging as this is considered part of the product.
6. Shipping and handling cost involved in exchanging/returning and sending back the item will be borne by the customer.
7. Exchange of items is not allowed in the retail/physical stores.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING / EXCHANGING THE ITEM
1. Notify the company via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately within 24 hours starting from the date of delivery. Specify the reason for returning the item/s, preferred color and sizes of replacement item/s. Note that purchased items from Online store cannot be exchanged through our Physical store due to inventory reason and internal company policies.
2. Exchange request will be forwarded to our Order Fulfillment Team for checking of stock availability. Update on the exchange request will be sent via email. If stock is available, we will advise the customer to send back the item to the standard return address within 24 hours of receipt of email notification.
3. The customer will shoulder ALL the shipping costs, both return and exchange.
4. Returns and or Exchanges will only be allowed if the item is returned with all tags still attached. Exchange item/s will be dispatched once we receive the returned item/s, and the payment for the shipping.

Refunds cannot be made for returned items. They can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or higher.
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS
Item/s delivered with factory defect/s must be reported immediately within 24 hours upon receipt of the item/s.
Item/s returned that is described as damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. If found defective or damaged, Kamiseta will replace the item and pay for the appropriate shipping costs.
All orders placed before 5:00 PM between Mondays to Fridays, Philippine time (GMT+8:00), will be processed and ship on the next business day. Items ordered after these cut-off times will be processed the next business day. Processing and delivery of all items received on weekends and non-working holidays will be attended to the next business day.
Delivery time and shipping cost will vary depending on the courier company you choose as indicated in your order receipt.
